M. Kumaran son of Mahalakshmi Movie Online DVD

M. Kumaran son of Mahalakshmi (2004) is a Tamil film directed by M. Raja. It is a remake of the telugu film Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi. The film stars Jayam Ravi, Asin Thottumkal, Vivek, Prakash Raj, Nadhiya, Subbaraju and Janagaraj. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by Srikanth Deva.

Box Office
The film grossed $4 million at the box office.
It introduces Asin Thottumkal as a Kollywood heroine (although technically her first Tamil production was Ullam Ketkume, which she filmed before M. Kumaran. Ullam Ketkume's release was delayed as a result of a dispute amongst the producers of that movie).
The second half the film is set in Malaysia.

Remake of Telugu blockbuster Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi. This film marks the second time the M. Raja-Jeyam Ravi duo combined to remake a hit Telugu film.
The Janagaraj comedy track was a tribute to his role in Apoorva Sagodharargal.
