The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) ceremony was a star studded affair that was held recently in Dubai.The event was attended by the who’s who of the four South Indian film industries including Asin, Shruti Haasan, Shriya Saran, Sameera Reddy, Trisha, Vikram, Dhanush, Rana Dagubbati, Diganth, Ajmal, Lakshmi Rai, Andrita Ray, Charmee, Richa Gangopadhyay, Ambarish, Sumalatha, Sarath Rajkumar, Kushboo, Namitha, Madhavan, Lakshmi Manchu, Manoj Manchu, Trisha, Amala Paul, Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajnikanth, Simbu and Puneet Rajkumar. Bollywood celebs Sridevi, Boney Kapoor and Sohail Khan were also present.
A fashion show was also held as part of the awards, and the ceremony was hosted by Parvathy Omanakuttan (Miss India World 2008).
